Ed and his team are extremely professional and skilled. He undertook a project to replace some old balustrade for a new stainless steel kit. He was extremely friendly, efficient and completed the job to a very high standard.
He went out of his way to contact the company that provided the balustrade kit to double check a few issues with their product and made sure my warranty was protected.

Ed was brilliant right from the design stage until finished, ensuring everything was perfect! handling the delays from meter moves which set the project back a few times and totally out of our control! Ed and his team always tidied up after themselves! Felt confident leaving them with a door key to get on with the job whilst I was at work! Ed was brilliant and thought of all the small details so I didn’t have to. Could not recommend highly enough!Ed is so enthusiastic and helpful. A pleasure to work with. He was a well needed breath of fresh air when he came to work on our flat refurbishment in Bournemouth: great problem solving skills. I highly recommend Ed and his team.

Ed has undertaken several projects for us from building a outdoor cabin from scratch, to door hanging, kitchen worktops and everything inbetween. I cannot recommend his work enough. Ed's attention to detail and impeccable work ethic is second to none. Would never look anywhere else.

We came across Ed and ECG via Eco-TES. Eco-TES supply STEICO modular building systems. We are Architects doing our own ambitious self-build near Cambridge. ECG have been instrumental in the success of the project and Ed is the lynchpin to our team. The demand of the design was not straight forward. Building an Eco Home inside an old granary barn is not easy. But Ed and ESG did it, with care and attention to detail. We are on to the next phase and Ed and his team are coming with us! Ed has completed multiple jobs for us from designing and building a bespoke wood shed, painting and pointing out house to resolving issues with bath and underfloor heating. He is our go to person. Ed is polite, professional and a perfectionist. He sticks up the quoted price and has always finished on time. His eye for detail is second to none . I could not recommend him highly enough.

Since then, Ed and his team created a wonderful open plan space in the downstairs of my home and I couldn't be happier with the result! Ed has an amazing eye for detail and his workmanship is second to none. He is professional, friendly, thorough and incredibly tidy!! Knocking down walls creates a huge amount of dust, but a temporary "wall" was created, which meant I didn't have to spend weeks afterwards dusting. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending ECG to any potential customer.Fantastic team, unbelievable workmanship and amazing skill. Reliable with their timings and very easy to deal with. Ed’s attention to detail and craftsmanship is the best I’ve come across having completed various jobs for us from the perfect fit and finish bath panel, to bespoke woodwork and fitted wardrobes. Highly recommended.

We used Ed and the team to remove some french doors and brick up the hole. The quality of workmanship was superb, they matched the bricks and pebbledash really well. Looks like the doors were never there. Ed was great to deal with - really honest and responsive. Plus offered advice on other work we need doing. Will definitely use again. Thanks!

We were having issues with our interior doors slamming and then catching. Ed refitted the door latches so they closed correctly and also tightened the hinges on our exterior windows which kept closing themselves. Very professional and personable guy! We are already looking at getting him back to refit our old patio decking, would definitely recommend to anyone needing carpentry work
